Wondering how to detoxify your skin at home? This all-natural homemade body cleanse recipe is for you!
A detox bath is a known remedy to cleanse your body from any toxins through the way of releasing sweat while bathing. The most prominent ingredient of a bath salt is Epsom salt. And researchers do claim that Epsom salt can remove harmful toxins from your body without damaging it. A bath salt may also help in effective weight management, curing sore muscles, relaxation, and better health conditions.
While Epsom salt looks similar to table salt, it’s not! Epsom salt has magnesium and sulfate as the core compounds whereas table salt is sodium. And since it has these components, it’s capable of increasing the amount of these compounds in your skin. If you wish to know about the Epsom salt compound benefits for your skin, you can visit here. The benefits of the bath salt may vary depending on the period you spend in your bath. A 12-minute bath soak can let you relax sore muscles. On the other hand, a 20-minute bath soak may give you softer and hydrated skin.
